No. Breastfeeding and breast pumping are an important part of our collection, but Sloth is a mother and baby brand that continues to expand into products that support mothers and children throughout their everyday lives.

Sloth was founded in 2021 with the goal of making motherhood easier through practical, thoughtfully selected products for mothers and babies.

Do Sloth breast pumps have different suction levels?
Yes. The number of suction levels depends on the model. Sloth pumps offer different combinations of suction, massage, stimulation, and automatic pumping modes.
Do all Sloth breast pumps have the same features?
No. Each model has different modes, suction levels, battery capacity, milk collection capacity, and additional features. Please refer to the comparison section to choose the model that best suits your needs.

Breast Pump Parts & Flange Sizing
Do you sell replacement breast pump parts?
Yes. Sloth offers replacement parts and accessories for compatible breast pump models.
What breast pump replacement parts are available?
Depending on the model, Sloth offers replacement silicone valves, silicone diaphragms, shields/flanges, and flange inserts.
What is a flange insert?
A flange insert is a silicone insert placed inside a breast pump flange to create a smaller opening and provide a more suitable fit for mothers who need a smaller flange size.
What flange insert sizes are available?
Flange inserts are available in: 13mm, 15mm, 17mm, 19mm, and 21mm.
Are flange inserts sold separately?
Yes. Flange inserts are available as a separate product, with the option to choose the required size.
Which Sloth pumps are compatible with the flange inserts?
The flange inserts are compatible with the Sloth devices specified on the product page, including the S12 and Double Wearable Breast Pump.
Is choosing the correct flange size important?
Yes. Choosing a suitable flange size can help improve comfort and pumping effectiveness. If you are unsure about your size, consider consulting a qualified lactation professional.
Cleaning & Caring for Your Breast Pump
How should I clean my Sloth breast pump?
Clean and disinfect the breast pump before the first use.
Wash the washable parts with water and soap and allow them to air dry completely.
Which parts of the breast pump can be washed?
The washable parts include:
- Valve
- Diaphragm
- Flange
- Milk Collector
- Linker
Which part of the breast pump should not be washed?
The motor must remain dry at all times because it contains a battery.
Use a clean cloth to wipe the motor. Any other cleaning method may be considered misuse under the warranty.
Is the breast pump dishwasher safe?
No. The breast pump parts are not dishwasher safe. Exposure to temperatures around 100°C may damage the components.
What is the recommended cleaning process?
- Separate the washable parts.
- Rinse them in 25–30°C water to remove milk residue.
- Soak the washable parts in 40–60°C water with soap for 3–5 minutes.
- Rinse all separated parts thoroughly with water.
- Place the parts on a clean surface or towel.
- Allow all washable parts to air dry completely before reassembling.
Should I clean the breast pump before the first use?
Yes. The breast pump should be cleaned and disinfected before its first use.

What type of baby bottles does Sloth offer?
Sloth offers 180ml glass baby feeding bottles designed for everyday feeding.
Are Sloth glass baby bottles heat resistant?
Yes. The bottles are made from heat-resistant glass.
Are the glass bottles refrigerator and freezer safe?
Yes. The bottles are designed to be refrigerator and freezer safe.
Are the bottle nipples BPA-free?
Yes. The included nipples are BPA-free silicone.
Do the bottles have slow-flow nipples?
Yes. The included nipples are designed with a slow-flow rate.
Do the nipples have an anti-colic design?
Yes. The nipples feature an anti-colic design intended to help reduce air intake during feeding.
Can the bottles be used for breast milk?
Yes. The bottles can be used for breast milk and formula feeding.
What is the capacity of the bottles?
Each bottle has a capacity of 180ml.

What is the Sloth Portable Bottle Warmer?
The Portable Bottle Warmer is a compact device designed to warm breast milk, formula, or water conveniently at home or while traveling.
Does the bottle warmer use ceramic heating?
Yes. The bottle warmer uses a ceramic heating plate designed to provide even heating.
Why does the bottle warmer use ceramic heating?
The ceramic heating system is designed to distribute heat evenly and avoid the metallic or iron taste that can occur when milk comes into contact with certain metal heating surfaces.
What temperature settings does the bottle warmer have?
The bottle warmer has temperature settings of 37°C, 40°C, 45°C, and 50°C.
How long does it take to warm milk?
Heating time is approximately 3–7 minutes, depending on factors such as the starting temperature and amount of milk.
Does the bottle warmer come with adapters?
Yes. It includes four adapters:
- 39mm
- 50mm
- 53mm
- 56mm
Can I use the bottle warmer for breast milk?
Yes. It can be used to warm breast milk, formula, and water.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order be delivered in Kuwait?
Orders placed before 11:00 AM are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM are delivered the following day.
How long does shipping take to the GCC?
GCC orders usually take 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes. Sloth offers worldwide delivery.
How long does worldwide shipping take?
Worldwide orders usually take 3–10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Where are Sloth orders shipped from?
All Sloth orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Kuwait.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are shipped.
How can I cancel or modify my order?

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided.
Returns & Exchanges
What is Sloth's return and exchange period?
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to our return and exchange conditions.
Can I return or exchange a breast pump after opening it?
No. Breast pumps and other products that are subject to hygiene restrictions cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened or used.
Can I return an opened pacifier?
No. For hygiene reasons, pacifiers and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
Which products cannot be returned or exchanged after being opened or used?
Products that are subject to hygiene restrictions cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used. This includes breast pumps, flanges, and other personal-use or hygiene-sensitive products.
Who pays the return shipping cost?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the cost of shipping the product back to Sloth.
Who pays the shipping cost for an exchange?
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with an exchange unless the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty.
What if my product has a manufacturing defect?
If a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or an issue caused by Sloth, we will replace the product and cover the applicable shipping costs.
Does the warranty cover damage caused by dropping or liquid?
No. Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, liquid exposure, or improper handling is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under the warranty.
What if my package is damaged during shipping?
Products are shipped using third-party shipping companies. Damage caused during transportation by the shipping carrier is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged so we can assess the situation and assist you where possible.
Do you try to help with issues outside the policy?
We always aim to assist our customers where possible. However, returns, exchanges, replacements, and shipping responsibilities are subject to the applicable policies and conditions stated on our website.
Warranty
Do Sloth products come with a warranty?
Selected Sloth products, including our breast pumps, are covered by a warranty of up to one year, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects and issues caused by the manufacturing of the product.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, liquid exposure, improper cleaning, improper handling, or other damage resulting from use outside the product instructions.
Is liquid damage covered?
No. The motor contains a battery and must remain dry. Liquid damage is considered misuse and is not covered by the warranty.
Is damage caused by dropping the breast pump covered?
No. Damage caused by dropping or accidental impact is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by the warranty.
Can improper cleaning void the warranty?
Yes. Improper cleaning or using a cleaning method that is not recommended for the product may be considered misuse and may not be covered by the warranty.
